PRODUCTION MECHANISM & PERFORMANCE MEASURE
The internal program consists of Production & Behavior Performance Reports. Each is delivered by well qualified therapists. All employees once hired undergo an assessment to determine the level he is at. This helps the therapist to draw a careful road map and determine the sets of goals and objectives to take further and hopefully achieve.
Performances are recorded daily as employees are distributed to 6 different working groups. Each working group is with a certain level of skill and require a certain level of abilities. Starting from potting soil which is the first level working group to helping to conduct a complete sales transaction which is considered to be the highest skill level. By reaching to this level, the employee would have acquired good communication skills, high level of confidence to talk to customers and present all the products and services with price tags.
Quarterly reports are derived from monthly recording to understand each employee's performance. Is it excelling or declining. This naturally to help set goals for each employee necessary for a successful transition from one work group to another.
